1. Overview
At Beatlyne.com, we sell digital products including AI-generated music prompts, tools, and related downloadable content. Due to the nature of these goods, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
By purchasing from Beatlyne.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
2. Digital Goods – No Returns or Refunds
Because our products are:
- Delivered instantly upon purchase, and
- Not returnable once downloaded or accessed,
we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any digital products under normal circumstances.
This policy is in accordance with international e-commerce regulations for digital content, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer laws.
3. Special Dispute-Based Exceptions
While refunds are not guaranteed, we may review special cases if a formal dispute is raised within 15 business days of the purchase.
Valid dispute scenarios may include:
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Technical issues preventing access/download that remain unresolved
- Clear evidence that the digital item was not delivered or is defective
To file a dispute, email support@beatlyne.com with the following:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting documents
Our support team will respond within 5 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receipt.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after download
- Lack of knowledge on how to use the product
- Claims made after the 15-business-day window
- Misuse or misinterpretation of the product’s description or license
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Please give us the opportunity to resolve your issue by emailing support@beatlyne.com before pursuing external actions.
