Welcome to Beatlyne.com (“Beatlyne”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Beatlyne is a digital marketplace that connects creators and consumers of AI-generated music prompts, song tools, and related digital products.

By accessing or using Beatlyne.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

Beatlyne provides a platform for:

• Sellers to upload and offer prompts, tools, or digital products related to AI-generated music.
• Buyers/Customers to browse, purchase, and download these products for personal or commercial use (subject to license terms).

Beatlyne does not directly create, own, or control the content listed by Sellers. We serve solely as a facilitator of the marketplace.

5. Terms for Sellers

By listing digital products or services on Beatlyne, you agree to the following:

5.1. Ownership and Rights

You must have the legal right to sell and license the prompts, tools, or content you upload. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Beatlyne a non-exclusive license to display, market, and sell your content on the platform.

5.2. Content Standards

Your uploaded content must not infringe any intellectual property rights, be misleading or deceptive, or violate applicable laws.

5.3. Revenue and Fees

You will receive a percentage of the net revenue from each sale (after Beatlyne’s service fee, payment processor fees, and applicable taxes). Specific percentages will be outlined in the Seller Dashboard or separate agreement.

5.4. Payouts

Payouts will be made via the payment method you specify, subject to minimum payout thresholds and verification procedures. Beatlyne reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in the case of suspected fraud or dispute.

5.5. Warranties and Indemnity

You warrant that your content does not infringe any rights and that it complies with these Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beatlyne from any claims related to your content.

6. Terms for Buyers / Customers

By purchasing content on Beatlyne, you agree to the following:

6.1. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content in accordance with the license terms provided by the Seller. Unless otherwise stated, content is for personal and non-commercial use only. If commercial use is permitted, it must be clearly stated in the product description.

6.2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.3. Prohibited Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any purchased content unless explicitly authorized. You agree not to use content for any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purpose.

6.4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Platform Rules and Restrictions

• No upload or use of content that contains hate speech, sexual exploitation, or misleading claims.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content are provided “as is.” Beatlyne makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of content or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beatlyne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at support@beatlyne.com.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
